Introduction: Prof. João Gama is a Full Professor at the School of Economics, University of Porto, Portugal. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Porto in 2000. He is EurIA Fellow, IEEE Fellow, Fellow of the Asia-Pacific AI Association, and member of the board of directors of the LIAAD, a group belonging to INESC TEC. His h-index on Google Scholar is 67. He is an Editor of several top-level Machine Learning and Data Mining journals. He is ACM Distinguish Speaker. He served as Program Chair of ECMLPKDD 2005, DS09, ADMA09, EPIA 2017, DSAA 2017, served as Conference Chair of IDA 2011, ECMLPKDD 2015, DSAA'2021, and a series of Workshops on KDDS and Knowledge Discovery from Sensor Data with ACM SIGKDD, and ACM SIGAPP. His main research interests are in knowledge discovery from data streams, evolving data,  probabilistic reasoning, and causality. He published more than 300 reviewed papers in journals and major conferences. He has an extensive list of publications in data stream learning.


Prof. Francesco Piccialli

Prof. Francesco Piccialli

Introduction: Francesco Piccialli is currently Full Professor of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at the Department of Mathematics and Applications "R. Caccioppoli" (DMA), University of Naples Federico II (UNINA), Italy. He received a Laurea Degree (BSc+MSc) in Computer Science and the Ph.D. in Computational and Computer sciences at the University of Naples Federico II. He is the head and co-founder of the M.O.D.A.L. research group that is engaged in cutting-edge research on novel methodologies, architectures and applications in the Artificial Intelligence, Machine and Deep Learning fields also focusing on their emerging application domains. He is also research fellow at C.I.N.I. (National Interuniversity Consortium for Informatics) from 2013. He has been involved in research and development projects in the research areas of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Internet of Things. He is author of many scientific papers (230+) in international conferences and top-ranking journals (IEEE, ACM, Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, Nature). Currently he serves as Associate Editor of many prestigious, international and well-recognized journals.

Prof. Gonglin Yuan

Guangxi University, China

Introduction: Gonglin Yuan is a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Associate Dean at the School of Mathematics and Information Science, Guangxi University, China. He also serves as the Executive Deputy Director of the Guangxi Center for Applied Mathematics (Guangxi University) and the Director of the National First-Class Program in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics. His research focuses on optimization theory and methods and their applications, including nonsmooth optimization, machine learning, and image processing. He has led 2 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 by the Guangxi Outstanding Youth Fund, and 1 by the Guangxi Key Natural Science Foundation. In 2024, he was named on the Stanford-Elsevier World's Top 2% Scientists list. He has published over 60 SCI-indexed papers as first or corresponding author (including 2 ESI Hot Papers and 6 Highly Cited Papers), authored 2 monographs, and received 2 Second Prizes of the Guangxi Natural Science Award.


Prof. Na Li

Prof. Zengyou He

Dalian University of Technology, China

Introduction: Zengyou He is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Software, Dalian University of Technology, China. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Computer Science, Harbin Institute of Technology, in 2000, 2002, and 2006, respectively. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2007 to 2010. His research focuses on data mining, machine learning algorithms, and their applications in bioinformatics. He has led/completed 4 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, authored 1 academic monograph in English, published over 80 papers in international journals, with over 6,000 citations (Google Scholar). He has received 4 provincial and ministerial awards, including 1 Second Prize of Heilongjiang Natural Science Award (2008), 1 Third Prize of Liaoning Natural Science Award (2014), 1 Second Prize of the Ministry of Education Natural Science Award (2016), and 1 Second Prize of Liaoning Natural Science Award (2017).


Prof. Zengyou He

Prof. Na Li

Dalian University of Technology, China

Introduction: Na Li is a Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Dalian University of Technology, China. She received her Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in January 2016. From April 2017 to December 2019, she worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Biomedical Engineering, University of South Dakota, and the Department of Biological Sciences, University of Chicago. She joined Dalian University of Technology in January 2020 and moved to the Faculty of Medicine in October 2022. Her research focuses on vascular tissue engineering, vascular biomechanics, vascular diseases, and drug screening. She has led 1 project funded by the Liaoning Medical-Engineering Interdisciplinary Joint Fund and 2 projects funded by the Dalian University of Technology Medical-Engineering Fund. She has also participated as a key contributor in 2 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 Dalian Key Research and Development Program, 1 American Heart Association grant, and 1 South Dakota State grant.
